About Psychedelic Preparation and Integration with Annie:

Psychedelic Preparation and Integration is a three fold experience: a preparation session before your own personal journey, an integration session after your journey, as well as my 70 page Medicine Ceremony Preparation and Integration Guidebook, as well as recorded meditations for you to reference during your own personal psychedelic journey.

Psychedelic Preparation and Integration is for folks with previous experience taking psychedelics who are seeking ways to deepen their medicine work and experience the most profound and impactful benefits that psychedelics have to offer. I will not be facilitating your ceremony, nor will I be providing psychedelic medicines for your to consume. You must obtain the medicines on your own and be able to facilitate your own set, setting, and ceremony.

It is not recommended to embark on a psychedelic journey alone—I always recommend having a trip sitter or trusted safe person to be with you on your journey. 

​

Preparation Session: This is an hour and a half long session that occurs 3-7 days before your actual ceremony. Through self-inquiry, coaching, and a guided meditation and sound healing session, I will help you create an impactful and potent intention for your medicine ceremony and also begin preparing your psyche and spirit for psychedelic transformation. This will also be a time to go over guidelines, answer any questions, and work through any fears or concerns that you have your for journey. This can be done virtually or in person. 

 

Integration Session: This is an hour and a half long session that occurs 2-7 days after your psychedelic ceremony. Through meditation, sound healing, journaling, creative expression, self-inquiry exercises and coaching, we will make space to help you weave the visions, realizations, and experiences from your ceremony into your everyday life and world. This can take place virtually or in person.

 

Psychedelic Resources: In addition to receiving a copy of my Medicine Ceremony Preparation and integration Guidebook, I will also be offering meditations to help guide and deepen your personal psychedelic ceremony as well playlists and other resources for your own personal ceremony.

Who isn't Psychedelic Integration and Preparation for?

This offering is only available to people who have previous experience with consuming psychedelic medicines. You must feel safe ingesting medicines on your own and creating a container for your psychedelic journeys. For those seeking a guided and facilitated psychedelic ceremony, or whose first time it is taking the medicines, please seek out my Medicine Ceremony offering.

Psychedelics are not recommended for people with uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease or issues, seizure disorders, or people with a history of schizophrenia or psychosis. It is also not recommended to partake in a journey if you are in the midst of a crisis or traumatic event. Psychedelics are only recommended for adults ages 18+. Why should I work with a Psychedelic Preparation and Integration Guide?

Working with a trained and experienced guide for Psychedelic Preparation and Integration helps to ensure your physical, emotional, and spiritual safety while being under the influence of powerful mind-altering substances. As your Guide, it is my job to help you cultivate and create a strong intention for your sacred journey. It is also my job to help you figure out how to create and obtain a safe and sacred container (or set and setting) for your personal journey.

 

As an Integration Guide, I will also be there to help you take the raw matter and realizations that arise during a psychedelic journey and weave them into your every day life. Partaking in a psychedelic journey and entering into non-ordinary states of consciousness are innately riveting and profound experiences, but unless you figure out how to make changes in your every day ordinary life, then you are missing out on the most potent and important pieces of the medicine. I will be there to help you make sense of your metamorphic psychedelic experiences.

 

Can you do psychedelics without seeking out a Preparation and Integration Guide? Absolutely. But, as it is stated above, I always recommend having a trip sitter or a safe trusted person to be with you in case of physical or spiritual emergency during your actual journey. However, to make the most out of your psychedelic experience and to be able to truly heal, transmute, and transform trauma, grief, or anxiety, or to expand your consciousness, a Psychedelic Preparation and Integration guide is recommended for your journey work.
