About Medicine Ceremonies with anu:
Medicine Ceremonies with me are a three-part experience: a 2hr long preparation session, the day-long medicine ceremony, and a 2hr long integration session. This offering also includes a copy of my 80 page Medicine Ceremony Preparation and Integration Guidebook.

While ensuring your physical, spiritual, and emotional safety is my utmost priority as a psychedelic guide, I am not just a trip sitter. Working with me ensures an opportunity for having a life-changing, rich, profound, and deeply healing ceremonial and psychedelic experience.
For your Medicine Ceremony, I bring 20+ years of ceremonial experience as well as my training and skills as a Sound Healer, Shamanic Practitioner and Spiritual Coach. I bring guided meditation, sound, somatic work, my deep relationship with psychedelic medicines, as well as my space holding magic to help you go deep and open the doors to great and profound emotional and spiritual transformation. Using a variety of methodologies, we will co-create the ceremony that is necessary for your greatest transformative and healing potential.​
As an integration coach, I will also be there to help you take the raw matter and profound realizations that arise during your psychedelic ceremony and weave them into your everyday life. Psychedelic experiences have the power to inspire great healing, but unless you figure out how to implement changes in your every day life, you are missing out on the most potent and important parts of the Medicine.
I will be there to help you make sense of your metamorphic psychedelic experiences to shift your life.
For those seeking even more integration, transformation, and support post ceremony, I offer my Glorious Mess Psychedelic and Spiritual Coaching Program. ​In this 6 session, 12 week series, I will offer skills, tools and the space to continue making sense of your mystical experiences and to apply psychedelic wisdom to your daily life. Together, we will merge the mystical with the mundane!

Who isn't a Medicine Ceremony For?
Psychedelics are not recommended for people with uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease or issues, seizure disorders, or people with a history of schizophrenia or psychosis. There are some pharmacological contraindications as well.
It is not recommended to partake in psychedelics if you are in the midst of an active crisis or traumatic event. The psychedelic work I offer is for folks who are already on a journey of self discovery and healing. Please have an understanding of your trauma responses and how to find regulation and grounding before embarking in psychedelic journey work. I also only work with adults, ages 18+. How Much Does a Medicine Ceremony Cost?
For an individual three-part ceremony (about 9-12 hours of time), I offer a sliding scale exchange of $1400-$2400. Payment plans are available!
​
I am also available to offer ceremonies for up to 4 people, at $700-$1500 per person.

To stay in right relationship with the sacred medicine and the indigenous peoples that psilocybin healing lineages originates, I donate 7% of all psychedelic proceeds to The Indigenous Medicine Conservation Fund.

If you are not located in the Seattle area, I am happy to travel to you, as long as travel and accommodations are also provided.
