UPCOMING EVENTS
A cozy night of reflection, release, song, candle magic, meditation to honor the returning light...
As the longest night settles around us and the world grows quiet, you are warmly invited into a cozy, heart centered Winter Solstice ceremony–an evening of connection, reflection, candlelight, song, and gentle alchemy.
In a world that often feels heavy and uncertain, this gathering offers a place to rest, reflect, breathe, soften, and be held in community love. Together, we will honor the turning of the wheel and welcome the slow, sacred return of the light.
Wrapped in blankets, the smells of yule spices, and candlelight glow, we will:
🕯 Reflect on the year behind us
With tender prompts, a guided meditation, and spaciousness to feel what needs to be felt.
🔥 Release what we are ready to let go of
We will gather round a fire to offer our grief, burdens, and old stories into the flames, making space for what wants to be born.
🎶 Sing pagan carols and solstice chants
To warm our spirits, weave our voices together, and honor the ancient traditions of Yule.
✨ Create candle magic & set intentions for the year ahead
We will dress and bless solstice candles with herbs, oils, and intention–calling back the light within and around us, naming the hopes, dreams, and seeds we wish to nurture in the year ahead.
🎁 Yule Gift Exchange
In the spirit of generosity and delight, we will exchange small homemade or second hand gifts, honoring the old ways of community gifting.
Together, we will create a sanctuary of warmth and meaning in the heart of winter…❄️
A place to be witnessed, to breathe deeply, to gather strength, and to remember that even in the darkest night, we carry the spark of the returning sun.
Come as you are. ♥️
Ritual supplies, workbook and songbook will be provided.
Bring a cozy blanket or layer, a small homemade or second hand gift to exchange, a holiday snack to share, and your tender, hopeful heart.

PAST EVENTS
*Both In-Person & Virtual*
The world is burning, aching, unraveling—and so are we.
The Forge is a space to gather, bear witness, and transform our grief and fear into something potent, something true.
Inspired by Francis Weller’s third gate of grief—the Sorrows of the World—this monthly gathering offers a container to process the weight of what we carry, together.
In The Forge, we speak what feels unspeakable. We name our sorrow, rage, and exhaustion. We make space for the truth of our hearts & our realities, without getting stuck there...
Through ritual, we offer our grief to the fire, transmuting despair into something that can sustain us. With movement, song, and breath, we return to our bodies and to each other, remembering that we are not alone.
The Forge is a space of deep witnessing, alchemical release, and for tending to the soul in a time that seeks to extinguish our flames. Together, we forge resilience in the fire of our grief.
We will gather every second Sunday of the month to create a rhythm of communal release & healing. We will gather in-person at the Fire in the Belly Alchemy CAVE in Seattle (1812 E Madison St, Suite 204)--limited spaces available.
*AND* virtually on Zoom. This is a Donation-Based event.Suggested donation of $5-$35, with no one turned away for lack of funds.
